McAfee Antivirus interferes with the normal functioning of the surveillance software used by the Viewgate DVR card. It detects files installed and used by the program as 'threats' and deletes / cleans them.

What is a better antivirus to use for this software?

Hi!

I don't know anybody will be able to answer that with any level of confidence, it's probably more a matter of trial&error. I suggest you try Avast, it's free for personal use (and much better than McAfee imo).

I m also using McAfee Antivirus on my system and its working for me
