I am a newbie, and do not know a thing about pc's.

I would like to change the Toshiba supervisor password on my laptop, I have tried but cannot access, am I that stupid ?

Can anyone help me ?

Welcome in! We were all newbies once here, so tough it out and you'll be advising me in no time and i am not joking! Your problem solving made me look like a used doormat on which not even my pet Pug "Spookie" even refuses to set foot! The guy's so royal, he'll sleep on my bed and i am the guy who has to adjust! Bypassing and accessing the Toshiba laptop has been discussed extensively in Google and no luck! Just checked the link and it's working fine. Anyway, if you are using internet Explorer 7 or 8 versions, under "Tools>internet options>privacy> Set the >select the setting for internet zone to >medium. Mine's set to medium high, because of my personal gut instinct about Third party cookies!
