Hi there hoping some of you clever folk can help - i am running a pc with vista and have the firewall enabled within vista, am running avast as my antivirus and am also using malwarebyes as my spyware removal....i have also disabled windows defender as it slowed down my pc something terrible - do you think i have adequate security on my pc?

You're protected, keep updating ur system, ur antivirus. Have safe browsing habbits and know what you download.
