Can someone hack 2 of my fav sites/
There are 2 other forums i live in as well as here
I cant stay logged in at all
with ff or IE
Is it possible that someone has phished those 2 sites and yes he is/was a member of both

This is happening more often and when it does i cant access hotmail emails either so i cant change my passwords etc

Malware scans have come up with nothing :

Throw me a bone here oh wise members of TSG please

It's possible but normally people dont bother with phishing operations unless there is money to be made (bank sites, paypal, etc) so it's unlikely.

You refer to a "he" do you have someone in mind who might be using your account or is it just strange wording?

As for the sites themselves just to be clear you believe someone else is logging into the account because you keep getting logged out?

Are you sure its not just set on a timer or that you don't have software installed that would clear out your cookies periodically?

Yeah sorry noticed your post count after I'd already replied (and its usually best to start simple and work up as you get an idea of the persons experience level).

I assume you've changed the email address on your accounts?

Do the basics clean out cookies and temporary internet files.
Do you have more than one pc?
sometimes if you are logged in with other pc you cant stay logged in with the current one...use the signout feature.
many times failure to access microsoft sites is a sign of an infection
hot mail being one of them.
Can you manually scan for windows updates?

Good thoughts. Don't forget malware scanners often miss a lot of trojans and are almost entirely oblivious to rootkits.

If a person has access to your hotmail account though they can use it to retrieve the new passwords every time you change them (which could also explain your inability to access your mail).
