Breaking into someone's e-mail can be child's play for a determined hacker, as Twitter Inc. employees have learned the hard way -- again.

For the third time this year, the San Francisco-based company was the victim of a security breach stemming from a simple end-run around its defenses. In the latest case, a hacker got the password for an employee's personal e-mail account -- possibly by guessing, or by correctly answering a security question -- and worked from there to steal confidential company documents.

Dear lotuseclat79,
Do you remember a post of your's when a hacker accessed the US town's treasurer's computer and stole 65,000 US$(dollars) and the police could only warn the surrounding towns?

The article i have posted above is to show the need to have "white collar Police with cutting edge technology" to safeguard us all! The regular police should not be expected to handle ,leave alone solve these white collar crimes!

Hi perfume,

Those attacks originated in the US and UK, not from North Korea.

I agree, police departments need to acquire computer training, and be able to adhere to forensic procedures when investigating computer crimes - it is too easy to contaminate the evidence or to miss it entirely if they are not trained properly and do not have the appropriate tools.
