Cannot uninstall AVG without a license number. Cannot secure a license number. I never purchased anything from them. When try to uninstall AVG 8.0 receive this error message:

Run AVG uninstaller:

AVG http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_...avgremover.exe 32 bit version

Why are you trying to uninstall AVG 8.0?

If it's too install 8.5, 8.5 will install over and replace 8.0 and doesn't need to be uninstalled first.

If it's to replace it with a different antivirus program, use the AVG remover with the link provided.

You can also use Revo Uninstaller 1.83.
