How to fix Iolo Firewall initialization problem
I Googled “how to fix iolo firewall” and found two closed threads in these forums, none of which had an answer on how to fix the firewall from initializing problem.

Here’s how I fixed my issue running Windows Vista Ultimate x86.

First, click on the Start button, then type Security Center in the search bar. Click on Security Center.

Then, click on Windows Firewall and click continue. Turn Windows Firewall off.

Reboot.

This fixed the issue. Keep in mind that running two or more firewalls simultaneously can cause compatibility issues.
