Solved: Avira pop-up question
With regards to this link,

It says I can disable it for my OS (XP HOME) by right clicking on it and going to the security tab.

I do not have this tab, how can I disable it?

Oh btw, I forgot to tell you,

I just reformatted my computer that wasn't working and it now works fine.
