Question Solved: Download Manager & Norton360
Hi,

I've been trying to find out what .exe file I need to select to get Norton to run virus checks on programmes I download with my download manager.

Can anyone help.

Thanks

Hi hoopy,

This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team.

What version of Norton 360 are you currently using? If you are using version 3, then all you have to do is to right-click on a file or folder and choose "Norton 360->" "Scan Now".

If you are still using version 1 or version 2, and have a valid subscription, you are entitled to a free update to version 3, which is highly encouraged. Please NOTE, while this process will update you to the latest version of Norton 360, it will not extend your subscription. If you do need to update, please visit the Norton Update Center at the link below.

Thank you,
Mike
