Perfc001.dat and perfh001.dat

hi guys

I make scan with combofix after scan finished I found this files in report that generate by combofix
c:\windows\system32\perfc001.dat
c:\windows\system32\perfh001.dat

I was just wondering if anybody knows what they are work on my PC???

are they Trojan??

please help
