Is STINGER is sufficient to protect from threats?
hi all,
I want to know that: STINGER is enough to protect us from online threats like trojan, malware, spyware.

Any help in this will be appreciated.

With Regards,

"Stinger is a stand-alone utility used to detect and remove specific viruses. It is not a substitute for full anti-virus protection, but rather a tool to assist administrators and users when dealing with an infected system."

As said above the answer is no.
You will need a realtime Anti-virus program installed.
But Stinger was the only program to remove some worms, that had attached themselves to some picture files that I had and so to them for that.
