Dear Tom,
Thank you for the article! It's like running to stay in the same place! The tech-savvy folks, out of employment and ( i would not like to identify from where they are located ) with extreme skills are punching holes in the security shields of servers, networks and personal computers to earn more than their share and possibly as a retaliation against the system! "Rage against the machine"!

Hi perfume,

What makes you think they are out of employment? I bet they are employed by the criminal element.

Dear Tom,
Some Employers, huh! Sure made your point! Bet they are paying more!

PS: would call it "reverse employment"!
