security updates
Would un-installing all security updates disable these miserable warnings Windows automatically comes up with ?

And what "miserable warnings" does your operating system automatically come up with?

Uninstalling all security updates will likely make your operating system warnings even more hysterical.

Uninstalling all security updates will also result in your computer being taken over with viruses, worms, trojans, and other malware to the point where it could actually assume a mutated life of it's own and strangle you in the night with it's trailing cords.........

Dear larrydr,
Did you have any bad experiences after "installing" those MS "critical" updates?

If you are really unhappy with MS's Windows platform and want to taste the myriad flavors of Linux Distros, then we are "brothers in arms"!

You are admitting that those are"security updates" and IMO ,it's a safe policy to install them! Best wishes.

Cool Security Updates
Thank you for your reply . I have several versions of Linux on hand , the only problem I have then is that my hardware is set to 64 Bit xp or newer operating systems .

I tryed running Windows installation with a minimum of security updates and my thoughts were that the system ran with less hickups .
