Dynamic Security Agent.
Has anybody ever tried this?
Dynamic Security Agent.
Looks good, what I've been able to find.
Is on my friends machine that he just got from a pawn shop.Doing some cleaning on it for him, and this was in the Startup list.
Have already removed some junk and defragged, but didn't want tro bother this until I got some intel on it.

Never used it myself, but here is a review about it from PCMag: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2033948,00.asp

I've never used it either but I've always heard good things about it, It's a HIPS program.

I've heard that it's been discontinued recently though - http://www.techsupportalert.com/free...-now-free.html
It's now built into PrivateFirewall another program from the same developers - http://www.privacyware.com/

But even though it's not updated anymore it should still offer nice protection since it's a HIPS they don't require regular updates, They only need updates if a hole is found in the program.

Just to add to what Gizzy(who has more info') mentioned, those using Online Armor firewall (free) have HIPS embedded. Threatfire has it, but i had bad experiences with KIS clashing with it!
