How can I back up my computers?
We have 2 Dell computers in the office with Windows XP and all the standard software programs, plus McAfee security and a business timekeeping program in one. The office will be moving to a new location soon and we think we should have an external backup for all files in the computers before the move. Any suggestions?

Dear luvzdogs,
I will start by congratulating you for taking a decision to take an external backup! You have two options. 1) An on-line backup and 2) Backing up to an external hard disk.HOW MANY GB OF DATA DO YOU NEED TO BACKUP (SORRY FOR THE BOLD TYPE!)?
