please help...winbluesoft has taken over my pc!!!

I have this terrible situation...Im in safe mode now and I can use my computer fine, but when I start it up regularly I can't use the internet. Win blue soft blocks everything. It's not in the control panel so I cant delete it and I went to start to search and I couldnt find it there either. I need to get this off of my computer...Can anyone help?

Winbluesoft appears to be malware. The site rules permit only TSG members that are certified to help with malware and viruses removal to assist in these matters. Please wait for someone to reply to your existing post in that forum.

Please note that the site rules also prohibit multiple postings of the same problem.
