Unhappy Problem installing Norton 360, please help!
Hello,

I'm trying to install Norton 360 on my mum's laptop, but every time i try the installer says it has detected an older version and is deleting it. Then it requests a restart and does the same thing all over again. The laptop is brand new and there is definitely no older version installed on there... Help!

Much appreciated!

Use the Norton Removal Tool to make sure. Then, try reinstalling Norton 360.

Hi phadeone -

If you use the NRT, as Phantom010 recommended, keep in mind that it will delete other Norton applications beside Norton 360, if you have any.

I would suggest clicking on the following link:

http://community.norton.com/norton/b....id=Norton_360

Then create an account and post your case in a new thread.

Let us know how you do!

That's the whole idea...
