Hi and Welcome to TSG,
I know TalkTalk can be a nightmare!

How long have you had FSecure? Did it come as a free trial?

Are there any other odd things happening on your computer at the moment?

What operating system do you have? (Vista or XP perhaps)

Hi,
You can get very good free security products. These links are to a reputable site which compares free products of each type based on one's needs or computer experience.

Don't have more than one firewall or they'll conflict with each other:
http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-firewall.htm

Similar with Anti Virus:

Useful ways to check sites you're surfing:
http://www.techsupportalert.com/cont...fety-check.htm

If you're interested, I use Comodo Security and Avast Anti Virus.

As an extra layer of security for internet I use Sandboxie:
http://www.sandboxie.com/

I hope this is a start for you? I'm sure others will add helpful advice too.

What's a 'boast'?

What other security products are installed? (So you're not left without some security.

What operating system do you have, please - I can then try to find the correct uninstall options.
