Solved: AVGfree + MalwareBytes + SUPER = redundant?
Hiya. I'm running AVG Free 8.5, SUPER Anti-Spyware and Malware Bytes' Anti-Malware. I'm concerned that I might have one program too many. Do these programs overlap or do I truly need all 3?

Also, I've been firewall free for a couple years now and find my browsing speed much improved. I was using ZoneAlarms. Am I crazy and I should reinstall it?

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware don't have to run in real-time protection. The free versions will do just fine. Scan your computer once or twice weekly, depending on your online activity.

As for not using a firewall, yes, you are crazy!

Thanks, all. I kept the 3 programs and added a firewall.
