Do you have another antivirus program on your computer?

Have you tried installing AVG more than once?

If you did try more than once, use the AVG Removal Tool to remove all traces of AVG then reinstall the program.

If still no luck,

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything

Your log shows evidence of a past or remaining infection from Trojan.Vundo, among other things.

Please click on the Report button and kindly ask to be moved to the Malware Removal forum.

Well, perhaps someone could explain why MBAM sees this as Trojan.Vundo?

i remember about a year ago i got that vundo trojan on my computer and i had pay to get someone to come and fix it. does that have anything to do with it? and also whenever i start my computer i get this error message:

error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\{836a35c6-f38d-e0ad-8c22-a4a526793a96}.dll

the specified module could not be found

i think that is what that thing is. Any way to fix all these problems?
