Exclamation Norton 360 and system restore disabled
Need help. I ordered Norton 360 online, had a nightmare trying to instal, called tech support, gave them remote control of my laptop, and now my network card won't connect, and I'm unable to use system restore!("disabled by group policy")

Hi alpierce61,

This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team.

Did you previously have another Norton product or another security product installed prior to installing Norton 360? Make sure that you have fully removed any other real-time security application, as you may be experiencing a software conflict. Also make sure that the Windows Firewall is disabled, as the Norton Firewall will handle this for you.

Please follow the instructions in the following document to troubleshoot the issue further.

Help with connectivity problems with Norton 360 installed

Thanks,
Mike
