What browser did you use to download your photos?
Some browser might not be compatible with some sites or files from it.

Your computer specs next to your username shows a Packard Bell with a 2.17 GHz processor and 256 MB of RAM. If it's still running with only 256 MB of RAM, it's going to run like a snail until you add more RAM.

If you can post a HijackThis log here of that computer, we can see what's installed and running in the background and if any obvious infection is present.

Go here and click the green icon to download HijackThis 2.0.2. Install it in its default location: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis. After it's installed, close all open windows. Run a scan with it - which will take 30 seconds or less. Save the resulting log in Notepad. Return here, then copy-and-paste the entire log here.

NO! Photobucket is not a browser! It's a image/video hosting Website.
The browser is the software/program you use to open that webpage.
Fore example, is it Internet Explorer? Mozilla Firefox? Apple Safari? Google Chrome? what?

Adding more RAM will most definitely boost overall performance.

We know the brand name is Packard Bell, but we need to know the model name and model number so we can determine how much RAM it supports and what type module it uses.

--------------------------------------------------------------

You need to uninstall a few programs that you don't really need because they're adding to the startup load and performance load.

I can give you some suggestions as to what to get rid of - for now anyway.

Make use of this site to trim down the startup load in

Start - Run - MSCONFIG - OK - "Startup"(tab)

Your computer has several programs running in the background that don't need to be doing so.

Along with adding more RAM, trimming down the startup load will improve performance and shorten startup time.
