Hi johny11,

This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team.

Which Norton product and version did you have installed? Please let me know.

"Phantom010" has pointed you to the correct document to resolve the issue. Please carefully follow the instructions in the document and if the first set of instructions do not resolve the issue, click on the "What if this didn't work?" link at the bottom of that document for further instructions.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you still receive the same error after following the instructions and I can assist you further.

Thank you,
Mike
