st5unst.exe is most likely a process associated with Microsoft® Visual Basic for Windows from Microsoft Corporation.

But, in some cases it can be associated with malware. If your antivirus hasn't flagged it yet, I think it's legitimate.

As for Avvio, your guess is as good as mine!

Avvio is Italian for Start or Startup.

Here, we can see a certain connection between Avvio and st5unst.exe. Country of origin: Italy. Looks clean. But, then again, since Avvio means Start in Italian, it can be found in any log written in Italian!

Sooooo, could you have the Italian version of Microsoft® Visual Basic installed on your computer, if that is ever possible?

I deleted it from start menu ,i cant find any traces of it in program files but i just started to look.

It's not a program that i willingly downloaded that's for sure.

And why would a program only have just a uninstaller and not the app?
