Experiencing very unusual activity
machine running slow
slow boot up
high cpu usage
break up in gaming connection
intermittent connection problems
no problem with provider
instant shutdown occurred and then rebooted and just seems to hang a lot
although i have 5 mb speed the internet loads slow
as if background activity is occurring.

please help if you can.
