I think you should reinstall Kaspersky, after having uninstalled NOD32. Then, use the Remover again.

The Remover seems to work only on versions preceding 2010. You should have kept the installer.

I think your only choice now will be to remove the registry keys manually, after backing up the registry of course...

Try doing it by booting into safe mode.
