Need helptrying to remove security tool
turned on computer after family member used it this thing called security tool pops up and i cant access aol, taskmgr nothing please please please help.

Go here and click the green icon to download HijackThis 2.0.2.

Close all open windows, then install it in its default location: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.

Run a scan with it - which will take 30 seconds or less.

Save the resulting log in Notepad.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the entire log here.
