Updating Norton antivirus
Hi,
My friend has got no internet at home. He wants to install and use my norton internet security 2009 16.0.0.125 in his own computer, but he cannot update it because of no internet connection. But I do have the net connection. So, is there any way that I download the update installer and provide him the updates regularly.
Please reply at the earliest.

Thank you,

Here is the link to download the definition updates for Norton Internet Security 2009.

Download and save the file, burn it off to a CD-R or USB thumb drive, then insert it in your friend's computer and run the saved file to update the defintion files.

If you already have Norton Internet Security 2009 installed in your computer and have used the product code/serial number to activate it in your computer, I don't expect it'll work in your friend's computer, unless you have a multi-user license.

If he's not going to have an internet connection and go on-line, there's no real need to install the program.
