Question Solved: Zone Alarm has gone crazy Please Advise
I am running win xp with sp3. I have Zone Alarm Free and it has always worked great but today it has gone nuts.
First it started demanding permission for every prog. Even those I had previously granted access.
Then it totally blocked all internet access.
I restarted the computer but that did not help at all.So I shut it down. Downloaded Zone alarm Free again and re installed it.
Now it seems to be sort of working but the Control Center is just an empty page. No access to any settings. No list of progs, logs etc. Just a blank page.
Any suggestions?
Should I uninstall it and if so what would you recommend as a good alternative?
HELP PLEASE

I would uninstall it. Too many conflicts and negative issues reported.

I'd suggest Online Armor, Comodo and Outpost.

Thanks that sounds like good advice. I will visit that site and then choose an alternative to ZA

I have removed ZA and installed Comodo.
So far it seems good.
