Question cleaning registry
I am trying to clean up my registry and have found many references to dialers that i do not want on my system. I also want to clear my history in the registry but there are thousands of entries and it would take forever to delete them manually one by one. Is there a way to clean up my registry of these unwanted entries. I have tried using spybot serarch and destroy but it does not clean the dialer entries. Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome - cleaning the registry can and does cause more problems than is solves.

These dialler entries - have you used Dial Up access to the internet?
If you feel that you are infected you will need to post a Hjt log in the correct forum.

Smile cleaning registry
Thanks for the quick reply and for letting me know which forum to post in, I will do that now. I have not used any dial up access.
