automatic updates are ready 2 install and can't be - it says SET UP ERROR :O(

they are microsoft net framework 2.0 service pack 2 and

microsoft net framework 3.5 service pack 1 and

microsoft net framework 3.5 family update for net versions 2.0 through 3.5 (KB951847) x86

Microsoft will help with the update problems, especially with the Net Framework
at N/C
just go to www.support.microsoft.com and type what you want in the search box.
