I need someones help, I had to do a recovery on my son's pc(E-machine, running XP) when it came time to reinstall verizon internet connection, the micromedia box came up after I placed the verizon installation disk in cd rom asking if I wanted to run this program, I thought maybe I had to in order to install verizon, I answered yes then it tells me access denied, do I want to retry, abort or ignore I tried them all, with no success, then the installation for verizon came on, it asked if my son was already a member of the verizon DSL, I clicked on yes and that was as far as I could get with it. The button [next]remained grayed out. Does it have anything to do with micromedia, and if yes how can I access it?
