Win 32 Worm Autorun
When I tried to open Photoshop CS2 from a friends copy disk my installed Ad-Aware flashed up a warning that the keygen exe contained "Win 32.Worm. Autorun" and advised me to quarantine/discard it.

Is this worm a"bad" one or is it a normal part of the CS set up and therefore it can be ignored ?

Well, by the looks of it, your friend's copy of Photoshop isn't legit and most probably came from illegal file sharing. That's why it includes a keygen... Downloading software in this manner is an excellent way to get infected. Why would somebody want to share software worth hundreds of dollars with perfect strangers over the Web? Because he has a big heart?

You might also want to have a quick look at TSG's rules...

Point taken Phantom.
Seems that this disk was being used by students at the local art college and my friend obtained it fom his son who attended that college. Luckily he had not installed it as he uses Corel .
Needless to say,the disk has now been destroyed as we have no wish to infect our PCs
