Solved: I cant download anything in firefox or explorer
Firefox and explorer wont let me download any programs. I changed all the setting on both programs to allow me but it does let me. Explorer comes up with the message error 403 and firefox comes up with – This object has been blocked. This problem has only just occured i had to unpartition my drive so there not enough room for windows. I lost all my programs on D: drive i had a zone alarm installed on this drive, i think this is the cause but can't seem to unistall the program because it doesn't excist. Can some plz help this prob is doing my head in..

If you think Zonealarm was incompletely uninstalled, then follow their manual uninstall steps here:
