The answer is still the same. We don't allow remote desktop support as it's much too risky.

well thanks or that anyway
i am pretty good at most problems
as have a 22 hour tutorial from cbt nuggets
in stalled in my laptop for purpose of fixing most problems
by watching it
but its over most scope of most users unless you
Aplus techician which i am
but am there are issues that leave me gasping for air
so i think
what happened there and how do i ix it
