Made Safe
I need help, my laptop has software called Made Safe Anti Virus on it, I tried the add remove programmes and the icon disappeared, but the software is still there? I need some tips on how to remove it, as I dont really want to reformat the whole hard drive????? My OS is XP, i currently use Norton, and Malware Bytes for security, but neither of these can remove it.

Have you tried Revo Uninstaller or Windows Installer CleanUp Utility?

Also,

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.
