Does anyone know anything about the floders SALU and Heroes. They have infested my laptop and have now jumped to my digital camera.

I cannot delete them, AVG9 doesn't pick them up as viruses, rootkits etc.

But they should n't be where they are.

In my opinion, this could be malware:

zzzHPSetup > this file has been around for a long time, but no one seems to have identified it, one way or the other, obviously if it was bad, would have been detected long ago by antimalware apps. It's from an HP installer, most likely a scanner or part of a multifunction printer.

To be SURE, you can do an online scan, or submit that one file (if it can be found) here

Use the Browse button at Jotti
Just navigate to the file location in Windows Explorer.... highlight the file, and the path to it will show in the Jotti submit space.....Submit the file and it will be scanned in just a minute or less and give you results. (Scan those other items as well, there are some restrictions though on what or how big things can be....at Jotti)

The next thing would be an online scanner if you are not satisfied with that....
