Post Microsoft Security
I get this window when I run a scan using Spy Bot.

Microsoft Windows.Security Center.Firewall Override. Anyone else getting this and is it legit?

Thanks guys!

Hi hogndog, Most of the good folks in this site would likely recommend or advise to dump spybot and go with Superantispyware from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_Superantispyware/ and Malwarebytes from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_ma..._anti_malware/ They are excellent free programs. Run a scan with them on a regular basis and make sure you update them first. I dumped Spybot ages ago because it caused too many problems on my computer like, slowdowns false security messages and identifying legitimate programs as infections. Of course it is your choice though.

I dumped spy-bot last night, I've downloaded SAS and Malwarebytes.

Thank you...

hogndog:

You've now got 2 better and more user-friendly programs with MBAM and SAS than you did with Spybot-S&D.

Before you run a quick scan with them, always make sure to update their definition files first. After the scan completes, always make sure to select and remove EVERYTHING they find.

Depending on your browsing habits, I recommend doing this every 1 - 2 weeks.
