This is my first time building a custom PC.
Do I need anything else? Any recommendations? What about cooling?
I will not list the price as it changes through shipping and tax.

There you go, I will buy more hardware as time passes, but as I have a low budget, I am keeping my computer to its bare necessities...

Any good? I want a fast response, good quality and HDMI support.

having a quick look your hard drive will be the big bottle neck, if on a budget reduce price of something else and get a SSd for start up and a 1TB drive or 2x1 TB drives

Ok, I will get an SSD but why would this hard drive be a problem? I do not understand...

There is really nothing wrong with the hard drive. fel1x thinks a SSD would be better, and if you asked 20 other people for an opinion of your list you would get 20 different answers.

Thanks, I figured that out. And I am not getting an SSD after all because of my budget. I will get it later.

Frank4d is right about opinion, can only say that the years of testing and running huge overclocked rigs has meant a lot of hassle with super duder systems being frozen to death by a rubbishy hardrive, ir you can not seek your data quick its pointless having speedy processors , ram etc

if you going for reasonable 16mb cache 6gb transfer then i would get 2 x 500 or 2 x 1tb
boot from ssd but not really that necessary
the second HDD is for back ups, my docs etc to stop windows thrashing about on the same drive
