Do I need anything else? Any recommendations? What about cooling?

There you go, I will buy more hardware as time passes, but as I have a low budget, I am keeping my computer to its bare necessities...
Also I am having great difficulties choosing a good monitor, after a lot of research, I am going to go with this:
