Mother board issue

Mother board issue
when i press start button i am not able to start my computer.
i checked every cable by reinserting again.
cpu fan is running slowly and smps fan also running. but i am not able to see any light on mother board.
So please try to provide the solution

Please post your system specs, To include Make and model System if Big Box, or same info for the following if custom or home built, Mother Board (including Revision number), Processor (Exact Model Number), Ram, Video Card, Hdd(s), Optical Drive(s), Power Supply Manufacturer Model, Wattage and Amperage on the +12V Rails, OS, and any other peripherals installed on the motherboard.

processor-intel pentium(r)
ram-DDR in 2 slots
HDD-segate
samsung dvd RW
and no other external cards

The specs really tell us nothing as you posted them. Intel Pentium covers a wide variety of CPUs, Ram in 2 slots doesn't tell us what speed ram, Please re-read the request for Specs again and provide the details requested.

type dxdiag into run and post the results...that is the easiest way for this...

If the system will not start up dxdiag can not be run.
