i forgot the password .i cannot enter .i ,the laptop will not open i cannot use my laptop .the only solution is to jumper to reset bios password.is there willing to help me here? i am asking for your kindness i will forever thankful here.thank you

resetting the password falls in the same catagory. It has nothing to do with not being kind. While your request may be be legitimate, we cannot be sure of that and therefore are not permitted to help with Passwords. If you wish you can request a ruling from a moderator or Admin if you feel this is wrong.

no help with passwords, or getting round them or resetting them
