If you look in yourr case the top of the screws on the inside of the computer (ones holding the sides and top together) the top is a circle.

Well...how do I get these open?

Reason, my graphics card is upside down at the bottom, so the fan doesn't get air in properly. (Radeon HD 6990) and my record is 194F. So I thoguht why not just take the bottom off and lay the computer sideways?

i suspect they are rivets and not designed to be removed - ,may be wrong
a photo may help

or they may be star like allen screws but with a star instead in the centre torx heads

In addition to being rivets, the bottom of the case provides structural integrity to the case. If you remove it, the case will be VERY flimsy.

In short, buy a new case that provides adequate cooling for your system.

I'd love to buy a new case but I don't have a job yet, $10 won't get me a good one.

No. How would the pci slots in the board line up with the case if you did that?

Didn't think about that. hard drive would get in the way. So you can't take the screws out?

How about posting a picture of the case with the side off it? I'm curious why the video card is as the very bottom of the case. Maybe you just need to install a simple case fan.

And of course they are removal, you just need to find someone to pop, drill, or grind off the rivets.

Also, if the video card is installed with the fan facing down then it is not upside down, it is in the correct way.

I know its installed the correct way its just that there is literally 3/4 of a inch for airflow, and sorry I don't have a camera. Never take pictures o I never bought one.

I couldn't find a exact copy of my motherboard but here's the closest

key-
black box..case (duh)
read rectangle - card
green circle- fan.
blue lines with arrows-heat from my card.

Not hard to figure out.
