Solved: Computer Freezes with Ethernet Cable in I have been working on a computer and it was all Jacked up because it did not have any virus/malware protection. Now I have cleaned this all out but now the computer freezes up when the ethernet plug is in. I have updated the network driver and still does it. If I disable the network from the device manager and re-enable it then it works fine until I reboot then it is back to freezing. This computer is using windows Vista and a embeded network card.
Could this be a software or is this an Hardware problem and should I try a new PCInetwork card and disable the embeded one?
ANy suggestion would be greatly appreciated. |
