My advice would be to wait before migrating to Windows 8. When it's actually released, you might find that nVidia or Windows Update will offer better drivers than the native drivers in whichever pre-release version of Win8 you are running. I just don't see that you lose much if you have a Win7 installation that's working and you maybe wait a few more weeks before adopting Win8.
Win8 has some under-the-hood enhancements that are nice, including better performance than Win7, multithreaded file copy, slicker search, etc., but I don't see any of this as being such a game changer as would make Win7 look obsolete overnight. Anyway I doubt you're going to find any driver that works better for you right now than the native Win8 driver.
