I assume you are building this for gaming?
Whatever you are building it for the power supply is junk. Corsair, Seasonic. PC Power & Cooling or FPS 1250w to 1500w.
Dual video cards are a royal pain and a definite overkill.
I would also go with DDR3 1600 (or greater)
Why do you need dial up? Do you live where there is no cable or DSL?
Add an SSD drive for your OS and some games.
WD black or RE for storage.
I would also go for an Asus or Gigabyte motherboard.
