It can do that, if what you are trying to print is to complicated for it.
Also it could be because the paper is stuck together - before you put paper in your printer, just flick through it so that the paper doesn't stick to each other.

hi kitten

It wasn't stucking paper here. I tried to put a single paper and it print out blank paper only. Any how can I fix it? Is it problem with the printer hardware of itself?
Thank you for your help.

Do a self test on the printer (the manual will explain how, what buttons to press) and see if it can actually print.

I'd shut everything down, wait a minute or two , then turn everything back on. This solves a lot of printer problems. Then go to Start....Settings....Printers...
Right click on your printer....click on properties.....print test. Printers can get really confused sometimes. Be sure there is plenty of paper in it.
