When I start up my computer, I hit any key and the whole pc freezes up. No activity at all. Someone said my keyboard is messed up, I tried a new one and the same thing happens. I am now stuck using my on-screen keyboard and it works just fine. I uninstalled my keyboard and reinstalled it and there was no difference. This following message appears in the keyboard device status: Windows cannot start this device because it's configuration information (in the registy) is incomplete or damaged (Code 19). I recently installed a webcam and figured that was the problem, but I am very much stuck. Anyone....please!

put your windows disk in and see if you can repair the windows registry then.I havn't done that in ages, but i believe theres an option on the cd for it.
