Everytime I download a zip file, I get a message that says, zip file cannot be read because a suitable graphic importer could not be found. HELP!

this is not a hardware question, so I am moving it to the software forum.

I believe the answer to your question is that you need something like winzip ( www.winzip.com ) installed on your machine.
