Question EL-Wire Inverter Whine fix?
As you probably know, EL-Wire inverters give off a high pitched whine. I love the wire and don't want to get rid of it, however I do want to somehow dampen out the noise without covering it up with stuff (bad air flow, bad bad idea).

Any suggestions folks? I'm 18 and have good hearing so it's quite an annoying sound lol.

haha :P

You can get cables with it wrapped around (under the plastic bit). It looks really cool and it isnt too bright, its more glowy:

Oh, I also have a few pics of what my own looks like in my blog entry on this build. But hey like I say, I do have a problem with the inverter making noise :P

I've seen the stuff, never really got excited about wrapping it around my wires.

Other than replacing the inverter, I have no idea what you'd do for that issue.
