anyone who knows my posts knows that I work with the IT guy from hell.

Well he did it again. Unable to figure out what was wrong with a computer, he proceeded to wipe it out. Okay fine. Now this computer has a HP3650 deskjet printer(the only color printer we have right now). He proceeded to rename it and now all of the other computers that a co-worker and I shared that printer too, cannot access it.

Now I try to add a printer the conventional way and the computer keeps on freezing up. He doesn't know how to share printers well. He told me that it was 'first year stuff', but he gave up.

Any advice on how to tackle this problem would be appreciated immensely.
